CamCam
CamCam is an advanced vision payload specifically engineered for the BotBot R1 robotic platform, significantly enhancing situational awareness with multispectral imaging. It integrates a high-performance optical module, a 2688 × 1520 resolution wide-angle RGB camera featuring automatic infrared cut-off and 120 dB WDR for optimal visibility even under challenging lighting conditions, with a thermal imaging module boasting a high-sensitivity 160 × 120 resolution thermal sensor. This dual-sensor configuration delivers precise visual and thermal data, enabling accurate detection, monitoring, and analysis across diverse environmental conditions including darkness, smoke, dust, and adverse weather. CamCam can be flexibly mounted on the sides of the R1 or integrated onto humanoid robot wrists.
